Budgeting
The framework to Production, is the budget. Our experiences in Producing and working hands-on as Production and Location Managers, will be employed to prepare a full budget, with details. These estimates will be at the best possible rates, not compromising on quality.
Scheduling
Our Team has Sri Lankan and Internationally experienced Assistant Directors and Line Producers who will assist you in preparing the best possible shooting Schedule, which will be the most efficient, depending on the various factors of Artistes, Locations, Logistics etc.
Art Department
The entire Art Department is handled by our acclaimed Production Designer Errol Kelly, who has won many Awards and Commendations. His Team comprises of Art Directors, Set Dressers, Property Masters and a good Swing Gang.
Set Design & Construction
Errol will Design and submit sketches, of the visions and thoughts of the Director and the Script. Using experienced Sketch Artists, Set Builders and Master Craftsmen, the required Set will be made ready at the agreed price and time. Errol was the Design Consultant and handled the creation of the sets for "The Academy Award" Nominated Film - "WATER" and the Academy Award film “Indochine”.
Wardrobe Department
Creative and free thinking Wardrobe designers & Supervisors, experienced in Sri Lankan and International motion picture productions are involved with us. They will work within the budget, providing and handling the required Wardrobe.
Casting Department
Our Casting Directors are experienced and knowledgeable to provide the Cast and Extras the Director requires. Ensuring the cast attend rehearsals and are on-set at the required time.
Choreography
We have the services of an experienced Movement and Dance choreographer. Who is experienced in the requirements of choreography in motion pictures.
Government Permissions
Possessed with the skill and knowledge regarding Permits and Approvals, We are able to ensure a smooth and efficient shoot, by obtaining -
Permits for Scripts and Production from The National Film Corporation.
Visas for Crew & Cast
Permits from Local Authorities and Locations.
Permits to Import equipment & other requirements
Handling Custom clearance and formalities.
Equipment Required
Obtain all of the required Equipment.
There are companies in Sri Lanka with resources of equipment –
Camera equipment from Arri III to DVCAM.
Lighting Equipment from HMI, Par and Tungsten/Quartz Lights.
Electrical Equipment such as Generators, Inverters
Grip Equipment from Cranes, Dollies, frames, scrims, and scaffolds.
If any of the required equipment is not available in Sri Lanka, we can obtain such, from our contacts overseas, with whom we have worked before.
Crew Required
In addition to our Management Team, there is an abundance of Free-Lance Production and Technical Crew available
.Accommodations & logistics
Accommodation can be arranged, as per your choice be it luxurious, Star Class or the comfortable budget hotels.
Transport
Sourcing experienced drivers and comfortable Vehicles, from Location scouting to the complete shoot. If budgets allow, Helicopter and internal travel by aircraft can be organized at the best rates.
On location Catering services
Obtaining the services of experienced, on location multi cuisine, Asian and Continental Catering Services.
Accounting & Payroll Services
Experienced accounting officers will take care of all accounting and pay-roll work.
Including opening temporary bank accounts. Effecting and guiding, all
bank-to-bank transfers. Submitting final accounts and cost reports if required |
